Since we are a small business, email is the best and most preferred method of communication for us. While we’d love to have phone conversations with everyone, we try to reserve phone communications with customers for time sensitive matters regarding items currently in the shop for service. We do our best to get back to everyone that contacts in a timely manner, but please allow us up to two business days to reply to your initial email. Sending in repeat inquiries will only delay our communication response times.
