Since we are a small business, email is the best and most preferred method of communication for us. While we’d love to have phone conversations with everyone, we try to reserve phone communications with customers for time sensitive matters regarding items currently in the shop for service. We do our best to get back to everyone that contacts in a timely manner, but please allow us up to two business days to reply to your initial email. Sending in repeat inquiries will only delay our communication response times.
*Important note: we are closed on weekends and major holidays. Our operating business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME.*

If you are inquiring about recoring services, we need to know the following to answer option & cost questions:
If a current production suppressor, the make, model, length & caliber, and whether it will be optimized for subsonic/low pressure (supersonic pistol & rimfire loads are still low pressure) or high velocity rifle rounds.
–If an out-of-production or Form 1 silencer, we need to know tube outside diameter, inside diameter (if possible), length, caliber, tube material (if known) and whether it will be optimized for subsonic/low pressure or high velocity rifle rounds.
*Note-ATF considers lengthening your silencer, replacing your tube/primary tube segment or changing the caliber to be the making of a new silencer, which would require a new tax stamp. As well, we’ll recore any legal silencer that it’s physically possible to recore, but do not and will not make tubes, caps, “cups” or other regulated parts for use in building a Form 1 suppressor.
Photographs are also always helpful, especially if we’re dealing with damage.
We will not respond to single sentence “how much for a recore?” messages.

THE LIST INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: AAC 18T/51T/90T, OSS/HUXWRX QD, DEAD AIR XENO, DEAD AIR KEYMO, GRIFFIN DUAL-LOK, GRIFFIN CAM-LOK, GRIFFIN EZ-LOK, SILENCERCO ASR, SIG QD, TBAC SR AND SUREFIRE QUICK MOUNT. IN SOME CASES, MODIFICATION OF EXISTING PRODUCTION BLAST SHIELDS FROM AN OEM TO CREATE AN ADAPTER IS POSSIBLE**
