USED items are exactly that. Whether one of our products or that of another manufacturer, we do not guarantee the cosmetic or functional condition of the item. We do our level best to provide an accurate description and photographic depiction of used items sold through our store and will not knowingly sell a used item with undisclosed defects/damage, but used is used, and in order to offer the expected low prices of used items, we do not invest the time in extensive testing and inspection that would allow us to make guarantees. ECCO Machine manufactured items will still carry our lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Used items are NOT returnable except in the event that the item received substantially and demonstrably differs from the item purchased based on the item description and photos. Used item orders CANNOT be canceled once checkout is completed.
