These booster assemblies install in your suppressor to allow the use of BPISTIN pattern booster pistons, which includes:

-All ECCO Machine booster pistons

-All SilencerCo booster pistons

-All Kaw Valley Precision booster pistons

-Rugged Obsidian 9 & 45 booster pistons

-Dead Air Odessa booster pistons

-OSS Rad 9 & 45 booster pistons

-Current YHM booster assembly  pistons

-Griffin Cam Lok or EZ Lok pistons for SilencerCo/Rugged pattern

They are also female threaded for Alpha pattern accessories, including Griffin Cam Lok 1.125-28 Direct Thread adapter, Griffin Plan A Alpha, SilencerCo AC2447 & AC2448 3 lug adapters, SilencerCo ASR Alpha, SilencerCo (Alpha) Harvester 300 Direct thread adapters, Q Plan B Alpha and others.

The housings are made from 17-4 H900 stainless steel, the retainer caps are 6Al-4V Gr. 5 titanium. Piston weights vary, but total weight with piston & spring installed will be ~3.3-3.8 ounces (D-Cell assembly is 4.5-4.8, depending on piston).

The AAC TiRant and Surefire Ryder 9 Alpha booster assemblies require the suppressor to be sent in for the retrofit due to the OEM booster housing being a silencer part. The original housing cannot be returned and must be destroyed. Price shown includes the retrofit service, shipping is additional.   Alternately, we can ship a TiRant or Ryder 9 booster assembly to your local SOT or gunsmith for $140 to handle the replacement for you locally if you do not wish to ship your silencer.  Contact us if you would like to upgrade your TiRant or Ryder 9 booster.
